Kim K admitted on Twitter that QuickTrim®, a product she endorses, is on her to-do list to help her lose weight for her impending wedding day. In response to one of her followers mentioning the weight loss supplement, she responded: 'Take some for me! I'm about to start again! #wedding slim down'. Recently seen enjoying some frozen yogurt and reported to be working out everyday, the question is how can QuickTrim® help Kim lose pounds.
The QuickTrim® line includes a diet and weight loss system that has seven different products including the Burn & Cleanse, a 14-day diet system that according to their website "helps to burn calories by day and cleanse by night."
So what's in it? The QuickTrim® Supplement Facts Label on the Extreme Burn bottle shows a suggested intake of 400 mg of caffeine in one day which may be of concern if you get caffeine from other food and drinks. According to the Mayo Clinic, too much caffeine, that is more than 500 to 600 mg a day may cause restlessness, irritability, and stomach upset among other symptoms. The other ingredients in QuickTrim® appear to be vitamins, minerals, fruits and green tea including Vitamin C, Niacin, blueberry, and pomegranate.
