'Franklin & Bash' Star Mark-Paul Gosselaar Rides the Waves with His Kids
By Raphael Chestang
Mark-Paul Gosselaar plays a hard-partying bachelor on TNT's "Franklin & Bash," but in real life he's more of a family man, as seen in this video of the actor teaching his kids how to surf.
Mark-Paul has grown up a lot since his days playing a kid on "Saved by the Bell," now having two children of his own, Michael, 7, and Ava, 5.
"They like the water," Mark-Paul explained at the Oakley Learn to Ride Surf Fueled by Muscle Milk event held in Dana Point, California over the weekend. "They're just not comfortable being on a board yet, so today was a perfect day to integrate them into what it's like to be in the water and on a board."
Oakley Learn to Ride Surf is an annual event meant to give celebrities the opportunity to learn a new sport. Other notable attendees were Lindsay Lohan, Amber Lancaster ("The Hard Times of RJ Berger") and Brian Geraghty ('The Hurt Locker').
