Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was charged with a probation violation yesterday and today a lawyer for the reality star revealed why.
Attorney Dustin Sullivan told ET that the 19-year-old mother tested positive for marijuana and opiates. He went on to reveal, "Her court date is on August 24 which she faces an active sentence of 45 days in jail."
The North Carolina teen was reportedly released on a $10,000 bond on Monday night.
Evans was previously given a year of probation and community service for drug paraphernalia charges.
