Sink or Swim! 'Bachelor Pad' Takes it to the Pool

As host Chris Harrison so eloquently put it, this week's challenge for the guys and gals of Bachelor Pad is "to look as least foolish as [they] possibly can." 

In an equally humiliating exercise for the sexes, the contestants will tackle the world of synchronized swimming clad in skin tight speedos and flowered bikinis.

"It should be entertaining!" promises Vienna Girardi's squeeze, Kasey Kahl. "To win the competition you have to be the best synchronized swimmer, so it's kind of funny how that all works out."

One rose will be given to both the man and woman who perform best in their routines.
