Jennifer Hudson Joins New Reality Show Competition

Grammy and Academy Award-winner Jennifer Hudson has joined with the talented lineup of the new original reality music series Majors & Minors on The Hub TV Network.

Majors & Minors follows twelve talented performers from ages 10-16 as they are mentored by some of the most successful artists and coaches in the music industry. Different from other reality competitions, Majors & Minors doesn't have elimination episodes in which a contestant is sent home, but one lucky contestant will receive the prize of a recording deal with Boardwalk Records/RCA Records and an opportunity to be featured in a cross-country concert tour.

Joining Hudson, other mentors on the program include will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas, Leona Lewis, Adam Lambert, Brandy, Colbie Caillat, Avril Lavigne, Sean Kingston, Jordin Sparks and Mike Posner.

Majors & Minors premieres on The Hub TV Network on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 8 PM.
