'Survivor' Winner Ethan Zohn's Cancer Returns

After twenty months of remission, Survivor winner Ethan Zohn has suffered a relapse of his Hodgkin's lymphoma.

In a new interview with People, Zohn says that on September 14, his doctors confirmed that his cancer had returned to his chest. "It's localized in my lung area," Zohn says. "But it's good that it's not all over my body."

Despite this new development, Zohn doesn't plan to let his cancer keep him down as the reality star plans to run in the New York City Marathon on November 6. He will be running to raise money for his Grassroot Soccer Organization which promotes HIV/AIDS education and prevention.

When asked about what his doctors think about his marathon plans despite starting a new form of chemotherapy, Zohn says, "The doctors think I'm crazy but they gave me the okay," he says. "Cancer isn't going to slow me down."
