Moments after the big win, J.R. and pro partner Karina Smirnoff lugged their glittery trophies over for a chat with Entertainment Tonight about winning the top prize.

"When people ask me, 'J.R., what are you going to do now?', I'm going to be like, I'm becoming a professional weight lifter because this thing is so heavy!"

Bodybuilding aside, J.R. says he'll continue acting, motivational speaking and start writing a book.

Never one to forget the fans that brought him to mirror ball greatness, J.R. thanked those who took the time to vote each week for their dances with this message: "Just as much as we're holding this, this goes out to you guys too!"

Ricki Lake and Derek Hough took home third last night, but the pair expressed nothing but happiness that they've made lifelong friends and gratitude to be along for the incredible journey. "We both got really close in this thing, and I feel like I made a really good friend. I appreciate all his hard work in making me look so good."
