Prior to her days on The Real Housewives of New York City, Bethenny Frankel first made a splash on television as a contestant on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart. When the reality star launches her own upcoming talk show on Fox, she says she'd like to reunite with her former TV boss.

On Sunday at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books on the USC campus, Bethenny spoke to a captivated audience. In a Q&A with fans, she said that she ran into Martha on a recent bike ride with hubby Jason Hoppy and daughter Bryn. Jason coaxed her to say hello to the homemaking maven. Though Bethenny anticipates Martha would decline an invite to be on her show, she would be her "dream guest" to interview.

On the road to promote her maiden novel Skinnydipping, Bethenny has been juggling much more than writing, motherhood, Skinnygirl products, and fame. Just this Saturday, her family finally moved into their brand new NYC condo. Their new address may not last for long. If her talk show garners good ratings, they'll be packing their bags for a Los Angeles zip code.

In a little game of Plead the Fifth with ETonline, made famous by Bravo's Watch What Happens Live's Andy Cohen, Bethenny said no topic is off limits. She has yet to not answer a question on the show, so in her joking candor, she had to Plead the Fifth to ET's question since she didn't have an answer.

Bethenny wishes her husband was as open a book as she is about his personal feelings. If she could play Plead the Fifth with him, she'd want to know more about his late brother. Does he wish he was closer to him when he was alive? Is his brother's passing the reason he feels the need to include his parents in so much of his goings on?

Bethenny Ever After airs Monday nights on Bravo. Before the end of the season, the chaos that ensued as she settled in to her new crib will be documented on the hit series.
