Oprah Winfrey is set to make her stamp on HBO.

HBO is developing a drama from Oprah's Harpo Films, which centers on the first black president of a prestigious liberal arts college who has been thrust into the national headlines while also engaging in "agonizing personal battles" and "dark obsessions" away from the public eye, The Hollywood Reporter is reporting.
