Exclusive: Justin Bieber's Service Star

TeenNick's HALO Awards recognize real-life teens who are "Helping and Leading Others" (hence, HALO). Justin Bieber, Emma Stone, Josh Duhamel and Tyra Banks are the four stars tapped to surprise this year's winners, and ETonline has scored an exclusive clip of 16-year-old honoree, Kylie Lan Tumiatti, meeting Justin Bieber!

A love of reading was instilled in Tumiatti, who was abandoned at birth on the steps of a home for the elderly in China, from an early age by her adoptive parents. Tumiatti implemented a literacy program in her town that enhances the language skills of young children through live performances, audio recordings and access to books.

But Tumiatti's love of words failed her upon Bieber's surprise visit! The singer, who is a big supporter of Pencils of Promise (which works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world) was the perfect celebrity match for Tumiatti!

Watch ETonline's exclusive sneak peek of their meeting, and be sure to watch the HALO Awards, hosted by TeenNick Chairman Nick Cannon, November 19 at 8 p.m. on Nick at Nite!
