It's another double elimination on this week's Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars and we caught up with Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke as they rehearsed for two unlikely dance combinations -- a tango to Michael Jackson's Bad and a spy-themed Lindy Hop!

"We're excited, I know I am," said Emmitt about the ongoing race to the mirror ball trophy. "We're definitely trying to advance past the semi-finals. But to make it this far in this type of competition with the contestants that are competing is pretty special for us."

When asked if she has any secret weapons at this point in the competition, Cheryl replied that it really just entails a lot of hard work. "We're going to give it all that we can. I'm pushing him harder than ever this week." She added: "There can't be any mistakes, we just need to go out there and do the best that we can -- like we always do -- and try and step it up as much as we can."

After demonstrating some butt-shaking moves during a trio routine last week, Emmitt said fans shouldn't expect more of this on tonight's show. "No, you can't have butt shakes in the tango, or the semifinal," he said. "So at the end of the day, the dances that we have this week are pretty structured. When the opportunity comes for some butt shakin', then maybe we will, but until then, we have to stay the course."

Details of the pair's espionage-themed Lindy Hop are being kept secret, but Cheryl did share a small tidbit. "I'm on a mission and he's trying to stop it from happening."
