Sean Lowe has not slowed down since proposing to bride-to-be Catherine Giudici a month ago on The Bachelor. But despite his rigorous Dancing with the Stars rehearsal schedule, Sean found time over the weekend to take place in the world's largest obstacle course and ETonline was there to bring you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at this challenging and muddy race!

"I feel great, it was such a rush," Sean said about participating Saturday in the Southern California edition of the Warrior Dash mud run obstacle course. "It was so fun and I just enjoyed the entire day. And to finish the race right here in the mud pit -- being completely immersed in mud -- was such a great way to finish the race!"

While Sean admits that parts of the Warrior Dash are indeed physically demanding, he emphasized that for him and most others, it's all about having a good time. "I'm not sure what the winner of the Warrior Dash gets, but I'm just here for fun. It's all about coming out here with your buddies, having a good time and celebrating once the race is over."

Watch the video to get a glimpse of Sean's obstacle course skills -- including climbing over chain fences, jumping over fire pits and crawling through the mud -- and also to hear an update on his relationship with Catherine!
