Nanny Jo Frost Comes Out Swinging in TV Return

By

After disciplining rowdy, disrespectful children on Supernanny for seven seasons, Jo Frost returns to television in her new series Family S.O.S. with Jo Frost, and as you can see in ETonline's exclusive sneak peek, she's coming out swinging.

In the premiere episode of Frost's new series, she has her work cut out for her to resolve the many familial issues of a family of eight whose parents' conflict appears to be damaging the entire family.

The children—mainly Derek (18), Chad (17), Amber (16), and Emily (13)—all have their share of discipline issues and irreverently spite their parents on a daily basis.

Although it's the children who are misbehaving, Frost immediately targets the epicenter of the disaster: parents Don and Julie.

"You're two adults that have got six kids in there and...if the two of you, as grown adults, want to split your own marriage up, that's one thing, but now you're screwing up six kids in the process," Frost chides in a preview of the episode.

As we see in our exclusive clip, it's going to take some serious intervention on Nanny Jo's behalf to set the family on the right course, as young teen Emily walks out of the house when her mother asks her to carry out a simple chore.

Frost and Julie catch up to Emily in an alleyway, and Frost lays down the law when the teenage girl acts blasé about disrespecting her mother, wearing a carefree grin on her face as she's interrogated.

"Unfortunately, I'm asking you now to have to go to your room at 20 to seven, which is earlier than I would put a two-year-old to bed," Frost scolds. "You need to learn to respect what your mother's saying to you 'cause right now you're being totally disrespectful. It's not O.K. You take the smuck smile off your face as well. Don't test me. Don't test me, Emily."
