Guy Fieri is set to premiere his new supermarket-themed cooking competition, Guy's Grocery Games, this Sunday on Food Network, in which four talented chefs compete against each other through three cooking challenges all taking place in a grocery store setting. As they navigate the supermarket aisles, they'll participate in "real-world" culinary challenges to create tasty dishes, with a chance to win up to $20,000.
In this exclusive clip, the contestants' daunting time limit is working against them, as they frantically race to not only plate their food, but to make sure their food's actually fully cooked!
"I'm really stoked to be hosting GGG, where it's all about cookin' and shoppin' against the clock," Fieri says. "Cooking competitions in a professional kitchen are tough as it is. But throw in the challenges we all have every day in our local grocery store, plus a few twists and turns I may have up my sleeve, I'm telling you, it's going to take cooking competitions to a whole new level."
