Snow Machine Wows Judge in 'Christmas Light Fight'
Many Americans love to decorate their homes and property for the holiday season, but in this sneak peek from ABC's upcoming reality competition The Great Christmas Light Fight, we see that some families spare no expense as they pull out all the decorating stops to literally outshine their neighbors!
In the show -- featuring judges Michael Moloney & Sabrina Soto of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition -- 20 families from across the country face off in a competition to decorate their homes to the extreme for Christmas, with a total of $250,000 in prize money ($50,000 won during each episode).
During the first episode premiering December 9 at 9 p.m. on ABC, the first four families will battle it out. The show will return at the same time on December 16 and December 23, with back-to-back episodes airing on those two nights.
Watch the video to hear some holiday strategies of the contestants -- including the utilization of computers to power the yuletide decorations -- as well as the demonstration of a snow machine to ensure a white Christmas.
