EXCLUSIVE: Keke Debuts New Song on 'Single Ladies'

CrazySexyCool: The TLC Movie star Keke Palmer is guest starring in tonight's all-new episode of Single Ladies, in which she'll debut a new original song!

In the latest episode of the VH1 hit, April tries to convince Palmer -- who's playing herself -- to sign to her record label.

"The producers of Single Ladies were also the producers for TLC. We had a great time on that set and they knew I was a singer, so when this guest spot came up they thought about me," Palmer tells ET exclusively about her latest stint. "At first it was a fictional character, but when I started to read the script, I realized that I too have experienced being frustrated as a young artist -- not specifically with my father -- but just with other people in the industry, so I asked could I just play myself and they said OK."

Single Ladies chronicles the lives of three friends -- Raquel (Denise Vasi), Keisha (LisaRaye McCoy-Misick) and April (Charity Shea) -- and their relationships.
