In the final episode of Cesar 911, Cesar Millan must try to rehabilitate two different unruly dogs: a powerful American bulldog/boxer mix named Matilda, who's attacking other dogs in the neighborhood, and another named Tosha, who severely bit its owner's friend and left her arm scarred.  Can Cesar turn things around for the two troubled pooches and help their owners become better pack leaders?  Tune in tonight to find out.
