No stranger to hard work and competition, Tara was only 15 years-old when she won Olympic Gold and captured the hearts of America. And now the tables are turned as she judges the contestants vying for the title of America's Favorite Dancers on the FOX reality competition.
"I am aware of the lines and the fluidity of the motion that you're supposed to see from a dancer and correct form," Tara says of what she's looking for in the dancers. "But what it comes down to for every single dancer is the motion and the personality and feeling. That passion on stage."
