It's the news all Full House fans have been waiting for.

According to TV Guide Magazine and The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. Television is in the early stages of reviving the beloved "TGIF" comedy starring Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis) and Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone).

Stamos is reportedly spearheading the movement, with original executive producer Bob Boyett and creator Jeff Franklin also on board. Candace Cameron Bure (DJ), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie), Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler), Bob Saget and Dave Coulier are also said to be involved.

The Full House cast has remained friends since the ABC comedy left the air in 1995, with Saget, Stamos, Bure and Barber attending Coulier's wedding in July, and Stamos reuniting with Coulier and Saget for a memorable Super Bowl ad for Dannon yogurt.

In January, Stamos hinted at a reunion in an interview with Page Six.

"We've said no to every sort of reunion," he said. "Lately there's one that we sort of are gravitating towards. It's not a complete reunion, but a twist. If we can get it done right ... then we will do it."

Full House, which centered on a widowed father (Saget) who enlists his best friend Joey Gladstone and his brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis to help raise his three daughters after the death of his wife, lasted eight seasons. Airing from 1987 to 1995, the ABC hit -- much like another "TGIF" show Boy Meets World -- continues to have an enormous fan following today.
