Exclusive Duggar Clip: Jill & Derek Visit Cancer-Stricken Mom on '19 Kids'

Jill and Derek Dillard are now married and expecting their first baby, but things weren't looking so bright a few months ago when the then-engaged couple learned that Derek's mom, Cathy, had cancer. In our exclusive clip of Tuesday night's 19 Kids and Counting season premiere, Jill and Derek pay a visit to his ailing mother in the hospital.

It's a shock for the young couple to see Cathy hooked up to an IV in a hospital bed. Derek and Jill can't even give his mom a hug for fear she will come down with an infection due to her weakened immune system. Cathy shows the cancer hasn’t taken away her sense of humor, joking to her son that he can hug her toe.
