Childrens Hospital is back for season six!

ETonline caught up with the star-studded cast of the two-time Emmy-winning Adult Swim series to talk about what’s coming up this season.

“I had an unbelievable time this year,” Henry Winkler told ETonline. “They dressed me up as one of the Rolling Stones in one, I was an astronaut in another. I say the most outrageous things, I don't always understand -- but I'm very proud to be a member of this family.”

The close-knit cast consists of creator Rob Corddry, Rob Huebel, Ken Marino, Megan Mullally, Michael Cera, Erinn Hayes, Henry Winkler, Lake Bell, Zandy Hartig, and Malin Akerman.

“These guys are only doing it because it's fun, certainly not because they're making any money!” joked Corddry. “They make time in their schedule and in their heart you know? They're just full on -- it's so great.”

Corddry plays Dr. Blake Downs / Cutter Spindell / Rory Spindell on the show, known for his elaborate clown makeup, a decision Corddry regretted almost instantly.

“I directed the first season so I was directing in clown makeup for most of the time,” said Corddry. “I would say [I regretted it] probably a day in!”

As with seasons of the past, we can expect a slew of cameos and guest stars like Julie Bowen, Joshua Malina, Tony Hale, Nick Offerman and Key and Peele – but Winkler is dreaming big with hopes for President Barack Obama.

“I think President Obama appears in one episode,” said Winkler. “I might be lying but wouldn't that be great?”

Childrens Hospital airs Fridays at midnight on Adult Swim.
