On a new episode of NBC's The Island, the islanders accidentally catch a sea turtle in their fishing nets, not breathing, and decide to help bring it back to life.

After getting the aquatic creature onto the beach, 31-year-old Benji begins performing the life-saving maneuver: CPR.
Thankfully, the turtle recovers and begins making its way back to the sea.

"I swore it was dead," said one of the islanders. "And then the turtle started moving, actually turns himself into the water."
The Island,hosted by Bear Grylls, airs Mondays at 10/9c on NBC.
