While the network is keeping mum about the reason for the delay, Kardashian has been busy caring for her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, who remains hospitalized after being found unconscious at a Nevada brothel on Oct. 13.

Prior to Odom's hospitalization, Kardashian gave a revealing interview to Yahoo! Style which was just released this week. At the time, Kardashian said she didn't regret one moment of her volatile marriage to the NBA champ, calling it "the best time of her life."

Now that Kardashian is in a budding relationship with NBA star James Harden, rumors about the men in Kardashian's life have run rampant. The 31-year-old reality star called off her and Odom's impending divorce to maintain power of attorney and have a say in medical decisions, but she's been tight-lipped on Odom's condition as well as their relationship.

"There is so much more medically and emotionally that we have to go through in order to even think about anything romantically," she said of the speculation surrounding the halted divorce in a follow-up interview last week. "This is a very serious situation with a lot of layers. He has a long road ahead of him, and I will be there by his side. I will always love him unconditionally. That will never waver coming from me."

Kocktails With Khloe will launch in January with the first of eight episodes. The series features an intimate set, which will include a "functional kitchen, dining area and living spaces -- but will not include a studio audience." Celebrity guests, including Kardashian's friends and family, will engage her in conversations as well as party games, cooking and cocktails.
