In the episode, entitled "The Cartoon," Lord Hater, voiced by Keith Ferguson, orders the Watchdogs to make a low-budget action cartoon amplifying his villainy to the universe. Hamm plays the cartoon within a cartoon version of Hater and his deep booming voice is a perfect fit for the role.
