The Big Bang Theory is getting ready to air its 200th episode and ET got the stars to dish on where their characters might go next.

The CBS comedy has achieved two major milestones in its ninth season. Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) and Howard (Simon Helberg) are expecting a baby, while Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) finally consummated their relationship.

After so many episodes, the show is going to have to reach deep in their bag of tricks to continue coming with surprises for fans, but Parsons told ET what he doesn't want his character to bring to the table next season.

"Not a baby," Parsons told ET, saying that his character is more likely to have sex again before starting a family. "I feel like they will do it again before they have a wedding? Am I wrong?"

ET caught up with the Big Bang Theory cast as they celebrated reaching 200 episodes with a slew of guest stars, including Stan Lee and original Batman, Adam West.

"We should have memorial services before we die," Parsons said. "How wonderful that we get to have this celebration like this while we're still going and not dead."
