Kelly Ripa got excited while talking with now former co-host Michael Strahan last week about the possibility of moving Live! With Kelly to Los Angeles, California -- but what does her husband, Mark Consuelos, think about this idea?

While the 46-year-old actor's upcoming show, Pitch, will be shooting in L.A., he didn't seem to think his wife's ABC daytime program would ever relocate. "I think it's shot in New York," Consuelos told ET's LeAnne Aguilera at Fox's Upfronts in NYC.

When it was pointed out that Ripa wouldn't want to be so far away from her husband of 20 years, Consuelos quipped, "Sometimes, maybe she would. I'm joking. It's only a few months."

Last Wednesday, Ripa revealed that she wouldn't be against moving to L.A. "Yeah, I mean, if the show goes, yeah," she said. "Eventually I would have to go, right? And then I could be a Hollywood wife."

Consuelos also shared how things are going as Ripa and the show search to find her a new co-host to replace Strahan after he left Live! to take a full-time position at Good Morning America. "Oh, it's going great," he insisted. "Going great. Awesome."
