So far, Chad Michael Murray (Lucas Scott), James Lafferty (Nathan Scott), Jana Kramer (Alex Dupre) and Antwon Tanner (Antwon "Skills" Taylor) are confirmed to appear at the convention in November for autograph sessions, panels, and special musical performances from Kramer.
While the convention marks the first public reunion of the Scott brothers (Murray and Lafferty), this isn't the first time the cast of the long-running drama has reunited since One Tree Hill's finale in 2012.
In fact, the cast reunited twice last year.
The bulk of the cast -- Tyler Hilton (Chris Keller), Barry Corbin (Coach Whitey), Kieren Hutchinson (Andy), Tanner, Lee Norris (Marvin "Mouth" McFadden), Colin Fickes (Jimmy Edwards), Bevin Prince (Bevin), Murray, Michael Copon (Felix), Vaughn Wilson (Fergie) and Cullen Moss (Junk) -- were present for the EyeCon event last March in Wilmington, North Carolina. The crew was later joined by Hilarie Burton (Peyton Sawyer) and Stephen Colletti (Chase Adams).
And last August, Sophia Bush (Brooke Davis) had a little OTH reunion of her own in Montreal, joined by Paul Johansson (Dan Scott), Torrey DeVito (Carrie), Norris, Colletti, Tanner, Daphne Zuniga (Victoria Davis) and Bethany Joy Lenz (Haley James Scott).
Missing from both reunions last year was Lafferty, who funnily enough spoke to ET in March about the possibility of a One Tree Hill revival.
While the 30-year-old actor revealed he'd be up for a One Tree Hill spinoff, he made it clear he'd only participate on one condition. "If Mark [Schwahn, the show's creator] picks up the phone and calls and says, 'You wanna do something?' Then I'd always give him an ear, for sure," he said.
