From Kappa queens to hospital dreams!

TVs best horror/comedy, Scream Queens, is finally coming back to Fox this fall and only ET has your exclusive first look at season two!

The short but sultry promo features our favorite Chanels getting gussied up in their best gowns -- hospital gowns, natch! -- complete with a bedazzled candy striper headbands and feathered stilettos because of course.

Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) is back and once again rocking her signature color, bubble gum pink, while her former KKT sisters, Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) and Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) strut their stuff behind her down a hospital runway hallway.

EXCLUSIVE: John Stamos Jokes About Being 'Eye Candy' on 'Scream Queens' Season 2

"This year is definitely not as glamorous -- but in a good way -- and it's funny to see everyone kind of hold onto their bits of glamour," Roberts recently spilled to ET.

We caught up with the Scream Queens stars -- and their newest "eye candy" additionsJohn StamosandTaylor Lautner -- at Comic-Con last weekend to get the inside scoop on how the Chanels are coping in after a two year time-jump in season two.

"It's so funny to see everyone taken out of Kappa house and put into a hospital because everyone still has the same personality. The Chanels are trying to hold onto their own style and it's just sad," Roberts revealed with a laugh. "Trying to have their cute pink sorority looks in this sad hospital."

When we last saw Chanels No. 1, No. 3 and No. 5, they were convicted of Gigi, Boone, and Hester’s crimes and sentenced to remain in an asylum. So… what's next?

"You find the Chanels kind of down on their luck when you first see them," Roberts said. "And, of all people, Dean Munsch, comes to rescue them, but we're all very suspicious of why. Very suspicious."

Scream Queens' second season premieres Tuesday, Sept. 20 on Fox!
