Jaimie Alexander Breaks Nose During 'Blindspot' Fight Scene, Returns to Work the Next Day
Jaimie Alexander had a gnarly on-set injury.
The 32-year-old actress tweeted on Monday that she got banged up while shooting a scene for her NBC show, Blindspot. "Broke my nose today during a fight scene," she wrote. "Somehow I feel that makes me cooler."

However, a day later, Alexander shared a selfie from set and looked good as new. "Back at it," she tweeted.
Gotham actor Drew Powell referred to her as "hockey player tough," of which Alexander replied, "Makeup magic."
In June, Prison Break star Dominic Purcell also endured a gruesome on-set injury that left him with a broken nose in two places and 100 stitches. A source close to the production informed ET at the time that a set piece had been accidentally dislodged and fell on the 46-year-old actor's head.

“I was running into a prison to get my brother out, of course, and I just felt this extraordinary explosion on my head and I didn’t get knocked out,” he recalled to ET. “I just took a knee and blood was just pouring. My stunt guy came up to me and I looked at him and I said, ‘What’s going on?’”
