On Wednesday night, a contestant chose the "Musical Acts" category, and the iconic host did more than just read Drake's lyrics to "Jumpman," he rapped them a bit. Given how good he was at reciting the rhymes, Trebek must be a fan of his fellow Canadian.
This isn't the first time Jeopardy fans have seen the 76-year-old TV personality throw down hip-hop related clues. Public Enemy, Notorious B.I.G., Fetty Wap, Kanye West and Will Smith's Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme song have also been saluted on the game show.
This isn't the first time Jeopardy has made headlines this month. Trebek served up the ultimate burn on the Oct. 12 episode when responding to contestant Susan Cole’s favorite genre of music. "It's called Nerdcore Hip Hop," she described. "It's people who identify as nerdy, rapping about the things they love: video games, science fiction, having a hard time meeting romantic partners, you know? It's really catchy and fun."
