Emotions were running high the day Blac Chyna gave birth to daughter Dream.
In a new promo for Rob and Chyna, the 28-year-old model breaks down in tears just moments before giving birth. "Are you scared?" Rob Kardashian, 29, asks his pregnant fiancee before they get to the hospital. "Yeah," she responds.
It's a packed delivery room with Rob, his mother, Kris Jenner, and Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, all present for the birth.

In addition to the actual delivery, the Rob and Chyna promo also shows that tensions are running high between the couple's mothers ahead of them meeting their grandchild. "Sometimes you intimidate people," Chyna tells Tokyo, to which her mother responds, "I go off when it's deserved. If you not acting accordingly, Imma handle you!"
While there was some drama surrounding Rob and Chyna's baby shower, fans will get a glimpse at the over-the-top party that did end up happening in celebration of the expectant parents.
