EXCLUSIVE: Spin the Bottle Leads to Some Very Surprising Makeout Sessions on 'Vanderpump Rules'
Nothing quite says “mature, adult hang out” like a game of spin the bottle!
ET has your exclusive sneak peek from Monday’s Vanderpump Rules, which finds the entire cast indulging in a round of the staple middle school game.
Tom Schwartz is first to spin the bottle, and when it lands on Tom Sandoval, the entire room explodes in excitement. The two have, of course, kissed multiple times over the course of the series.
“Shut the f**k up, dude!” Sandoval exclaims.

“This is the last time I’m gonna kiss someone else as a single man,” Schwartz confesses. “My last kiss is gonna be with Tom Sandoval.”
After setting a ground rule of “no tongue,” the guys totally go for it, locking lips for more than five seconds.
“That was too long!” Jax Taylor shouts.
“Sandoval and Schwartz are secretly in love with each other,” Kristen Doute notes in a confessional. “Not so secretly. They’re openly in love with each other.”
Next up is Stassi Schroeder, whose spin lands on SUR manager Peter Madrigal, who spills a pre-show secret.
“Kissing Stassi again was weird,” he says. “Back in 2010, we dated for about four or five months. I became overbearing, she became very controlling. It was like oil and water. Shake it up a little bit, maybe it looks good, but then all of a sudden it breaks apart.”

Then, the game turns into total debauchery. Peter and Ariana Madix share a smooch, as do Brittany Cartwright and Scheana Marie. Ariana and Jax briefly come together before Sandoval pecks Schwartz’s bride-to-be, Katie Maloney.
“See this, this is what the bachelor party was supposed to be like from the very beginning,” Schwartz says. “This is it!”
After the game ends, it’s just a makeout free-for-all. Ariana, Katie and Scheana split a three-way kiss before the entire group breaks into a “Do it! Do it!” cheer to get Stassi and Peter to kiss again… which they do. Intensely.
“Honestly, it’s frustrating that everyone keeps making me kiss Peter,” Stassi says. “But, I’d rather kiss Peter than anyone else… meaning anyone else in that bar.”
