Sheeran rocked out with a banana-shaped percussion shaker, and was backed by a whole assortment of colorful xylophones, tambourines, mini-keyboards and other retro gems from the Tonight Show Music Room.

The stripped-down version allowed the singer to showcase his formidable vocal talent, while also proving that his catchy, romantic tunes can be just as poignant when played with an eclectic cadre of musical kids’ toys.
