The Bold and the Beautiful is spicing things up!
CBS' longtime daytime soap has landed Gilles Marini for a pivotal guest arc this summer, ET has exclusively learned.
Marini will play a doctor who has to unexpectedly treat one of the characters in Monaco. In the storyline, some of the characters travel to Monte Carlo for the Annual Spencer Summit. The trip will also feature a swimwear fashion show challenge pitting the Spectra and Forrester fashion houses against each other.
"It feels like five or 10 [years]," McCook said. "I know I've been here a while, but 30 years is hard to wrap my brain around. When we started we thought, 'OK, five or 10 years is going to be a good run!' And it would've been. Twenty years is a good run, too, but 30 has been amazing and we're going strong."
"I think the first 10 years seem to be the longest and then time just flew by. It's just amazing," Lang added. "I'm so looking forward to being here another many. many years, I don't want to put a number on it, but yeah, this is fabulous."
The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
