The duo made a striking presence as Dion presented the Album of the Year award, which was claimed by Taylor Swift's Midnights.
In addition to making a rare appearance on the GRAMMYs stage, Dion's son also posted with his mom and Swift.
The significance of Dion's appearance was heightened by her ongoing battle with Stiff Person Syndrome, a rare neurological condition marked by painful muscle spasms and stiffness. Despite the challenges, the 55-year-old singer radiated grace and strength as she took to the stage, greeted by a heartfelt applause and a standing ovation from the audience.
Expressing her gratitude, Dion grew emotional in response to the warm reception, saying, "Thank you all. I love you right back. When I say that I'm happy to be here, I really mean it from my heart."
Backstage at L.A.'s Crypto.com Arena, Dion was spotted with her stylist, Law Roach, in a video shared on social media, preparing for her award presentation.
For the big moment, Roach styled Dion in an elegant Valentino wool coat paired with a light pink chiffon dress, complemented by a blunt bob hairstyle and chunky silver jewelry.
Dion's GRAMMYs appearance comes just over a year after she was compelled to cancel her world tour due to her diagnosis. However, she has not allowed her condition to define her. In fact, her journey, from discovering her condition to learning how to manage it, will soon be shared with the public in her upcoming documentary I Am: Céline Dion.
Reflecting on her challenges in a preview of the documentary released last month, Dion shared, "This last couple of years has been such a challenge for me, the journey from discovering my condition to learning how to live with and manage it, but not to let it define me."
