'There's a new squad in town.'

Alex Rodriguez is showing off his moves!

On Tuesday, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon released an incredible clip of the 43-year-old former baseball pro taking a hip-hop class with the late-night talk show host. The pair stopped by Broadway Bodies dance studio in New York where they attempted to learn a routine set to DJ Kool's "Let Me Clear My Throat."

In the clip, the guys attempt moves including hyping the crowd, posing, some serious butt shaking, riding a horse and even swinging a baseball bat. Throughout the clip they hilariously question why they are even taking the class, before perfecting their moves and donning their best hip-hop dance clothes to perform the final routine.

Rodirugez took to Instagram after the video was shared to post a shot from the class. In the pic, Rodriguez is wearing an all-neon look and a baseball cap as he and Fallon pose alongside their backup dancers.

"Move over, @worldofdance," he quipped of his fiancee, Jennifer Lopez's, dance competition series. "There’s a new squad in town."

J.Lo seemed onboard with her man's declaration, writing, " O M G!! Sooooo ready for this!! ??" in the comment section.

When Rodriguez sat down for his Tonight Show interview earlier this month, he recalled planning and practicing for his March proposal to the 49-year-old triple threat star.

"I planned it for about six months," Rodriguez revealed. "[And] the three days prior to me going down on one knee and getting engaged, I rehearsed for three days in a row. Because I wanted the sunset to be perfect."

"... One day, the sunset was at 6:27, the next day it was at 6:29, and then the third day it was raining!" he recalled. "So I kind of [decided on] 6:29, and I said, 'This is the time that I'm gonna do it.' And it worked out well."
