Despite all the shade, BET appears to have pulled a powerhouse lineup for their Prince tribute.

The network, amid drama with Madonna after they called out her 2016 Billboard Music Awards performance in honor of the late pop legend, announced that Sheila E., The Roots, D’Angelo and Janelle Monae would be among the performers for the BET Awards' own tribute when the show airs live on Sunday, June 26 at 8 p.m. ET from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.

Calling the tribute a "musical celebration," BET told ET in a statement, "The star-studded moments, spread throughout the show, will capture the unprecedented career and musical genius of the beloved pop icon like only BET can."

After the BBMAs' tribute to Prince last month, which featured Madonna and Stevie Wonder, BET tweeted and then deleted a promo for the BET Awards with a message that read, "Yeah, we saw that. Don't worry. We got you."

Madonna responded to the seeming diss with shade of her own on Instagram, telling her haters to "deal with it."

"Anyone who wants to do a tribute to Prince is welcome to. Whatever your age gender or skin color," she wrote. "If you loved him and he inspired you then show it!!!! I love Prince 4 ever."

Madonna followed up the post a week later, with another, more directly shady statement, writing, "“Wearing the jacket Prince gave me back in the day without permission from BET."
