Carrie Underwood Shares First Pic of Her Full Face After Getting Stitches

The 'Champion' singer posted the new snapshot to her Instagram on Friday.

Has a view of Carrie Underwood's full face finally emerged?

Ever since she suffered a scary fall at her home in Nashville, Tennessee, nearly five months ago that required her to undergo surgery for a broken wrist and get 40 to 50 stitches on her face, the "Champion" singer has been seemingly hiding her face from the public eye. But on Friday, Underwood posted an Instagram snapshot of herself at rehearsals, and it could be the first picture she's shared of her full face since the accident.

Though it's not an up-close shot (we're still waiting for that one!), you can still make out Underwood's features, which seem to be intact, despite her saying on New Year's Day that she would probably look "different" due to the face injury.

"Missed these guys," the blonde beauty, chic in a graphic tee, distressed jeans and comfy kicks, captioned the undated photo. "#bandrehearsals."

The new photo comes just two days after she posted a captionless, black-and-white shot of herself in the recording studio, which only showed one side of her face. It's unclear when the photograph was taken, but regardless, she looked stunning.

It appears Underwood is gradually feeling more and more comfortable about returning to the spotlight. Though Friday's post marks what could be the first picture the 35-year-old singer has personally shared of her full face, a photo of Underwood surfaced from Below Deck alum Adrienne Gang's Twitter account back in January. She posted the snap after meeting the country star at a gym, seemingly after the accident had occurred.
