'Coco' Nabs Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature Film

Cocois officially a Golden Globe Award winner.
The beloved Disney/Pixar film nabbed the honor of Best Animated Feature Film at Sunday's Golden Globes ceremony, besting The Boss Baby, The Breadwinner, Ferdinand and Loving Vincent for the trophy.
Director Lee Unkrich took the podium to accept, thanking the "talented crew" -- which spent six years working on the film -- and the "incredible people of Mexico," who inspired the film with "their beautiful traditions."
Coco was nominated in two categories on Sunday evening, but ultimately lost out in the Best Original Song category to The Greatest Showman.
