The rapper also performed at the now-infamous 2004 Super Bowl.

Diddy has moved on from the 2004 Super Bowl, and he wants everyone else to do the same! The 48-year-old performer and producer appeared on Sunday’s Watch What Happens Live where he opened up to host Andy Cohen about the now-infamous Super Bowl.

Diddy noted that people often forget that he too performed at the event, which featured Janet Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction.

“First of all, I want to say that I’m still upset about that Super Bowl because I put like six months of my life into the preparations and then nobody even knew I performed,” Diddy quipped.

When Cohen asked if Diddy thought Jackson would make a cameo in Timberlake’s Super Bowl show this year, he replied, “I think that would be great. It’s time to move on, and I think she’s in a great place. The world just needs to get over it.”

The well-connected star also opened up about his friendship with Jay-Z and Beyonce, noting he’s met their twins, Rumi and Sir Carter.

“They’re gorgeous. They’re special,” he said of the twins. “It’s the perfect fusion and combination of the two, of Jay and Beyonce, and they just have a beautiful, beautiful family.”

He touched on the couple’s openness about Jay’s infidelity. Jay has addressed the situation in his recent song “Family Feud” and Beyonce tackled her reactions on her 2016 album Lemonade.

“That’s what music gives you the power to do, and I think that once you’re ready to share with your fans and the world, nobody can judge you. I thought it was dope,” Diddy said. “I was surprised about Lemonade. I just didn’t see it coming... I think it was genius, and I think Beyonce did a great job and she tackled something that a lot of women have had to go through and also Jay on the other side. He did what he had to do, and most importantly, their family stayed tight and together and they were able to weather the storm. And that’s a shining example of a couple that stays together through the good and the bad.”
