Beyonce certainly knows how to stir the pot.
Queen Bey made her grand entrance at the Met Gala on Monday night in New York City for her first red carpet appearance since Lemonade, but unlike last year, she walked the carpet alone -- without husband Jay Z or her wedding ring in sight.
Instead, the 34-year-old “Formation” songstress showed off some other bling on her ring finger as she happily posed for photographers.

Proudly walking the carpet with a long-sleeved, flesh-toned latex Givenchy gown (on point with the night’s “Manus x Machina” theme!) with sleek, straight hair, Beyonce worked the stairs like the pro that she is.

Meanwhile, Beyonce’s younger sister Solange seemed to give a loving nod to Lemonade with her yellow David LaPort ensemble -- complete with latex leggings -- even though she was reportedly left out of the project.

Could we be reading a little too much into Jay Z’s Met Gala absence? Perhaps.
On opening night of Beyonce’s anticipated Formation World Tour, she made a pointed effort to thank her husband, who was in the audience, amid Lemonade-fueled rumors that there may be marital troubles.

“I want to dedicate this to my beautiful husband,” she told the crowd in Miami on April 27, the first stop on her tour, before performing her final song of the night, “Halo.” “I love you so much.”
And the mystery continues.
