Nineties fashion continues its reign in 2019 and today we're focusing on utility pants.

The tomboy-style bottoms are something many of us wore as teens, but this season's iterations are cooler than before, offered in an array of colors (not just khaki) and statement-making designs from a jogger zipper cargo to pastel pink chino.

Celebs including Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Billie Eilish all have repeatedly worn the pant trend in so many ways -- paired with a basic white tee, oversized pullover and sneakers, crop top and heels or a sexy bodysuit.

Watch ET's senior style editor Marisa Runyon talk the trend in the video above and shop our favorite utility pants ahead.
