How to Watch ‘The Offer’ Based On the Making of 'The Godfather'
By Danica Creahan
Paramount+ is about to make you an offer you can’t refuse. The streamer’s newest miniseries, The Offer, explores the making of the 1972 Paramount Pictures film The Godfather, 50 years after its original debut.
Miles Teller stars as legendary Hollywood producer Al Ruddy alongside a promising cast, which includes Dan Fogler, Giovanni Ribisi, Matthew Goode, Juno Temple, Burn Gorman and Colin Hanks. This drama miniseries is streaming exclusively on Paramount+.
The 10-episode miniseries follows Ruddy as he is tasked with adapting the best-selling novel, The Godfather, for the screen. Assembling a dream team, which famously includes director Francis Ford Coppola and movie star Marlon Brando, the filming process swiftly becomes shrouded in all the usual behind-the-scenes tension, which is then compounded by pressure from a prominent mob boss.
In addition to the premiere of The Offer, several Godfather films arrived to the platform this month. The Godfather, The Godfather Part II and The Godfather Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone are all available to stream on Paramount+.
Sounds like an offer too good for any Godfather fan to refuse. Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch The Offer.
ET and Paramount+ are both subsidiaries of Paramount.
