Spears took to Instagram on Monday to celebrate her daughter's recovery and thank all of her fans and friends for their love during that difficult time.

It's been one year since Jamie Lynn Spear's little girl, Maddie, was nearly killed in an ATV accident, and the proud mom celebrated her daughter's miraculous survival by sharing a heart-wrenching flashback photo.

On Feb. 5, 2017, Spears' then-8-year-old daughter was involved in an ATV rollover on the family's property in Kentwood, Louisiana, during which she was submerged in a pond and nearly drowned.

Spears took to Instagram on Monday with a black-and-white snapshot from her daughter's time in the hospital.

"1 year Miracle Anniversary.... THANK YALL for your prayers during that time, and THANK YOU GOD for my beautiful family," she captioned the pic.

During Maddie's frightening accident, the young girl spent several minutes underwater as her mom and several others struggled to free her from the vehicle's safety harnesses.

She was then airlifted to Children’s Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was unconscious for several days. Ultimately, Maddie made a full recovery with no signs of neurological damage.

For her daughter's 9th birthday last December, Spears invited the first responders who saved Maddie's life and shared her thanks with a snapshot she shared to Instagram.

"My baby is 9 years old today, and more than ever we realize how precious every day is. So, we have to thank these 2 HEROES. John and Victoria are the first responders, who literally saved Maddie's life, and they were able to celebrate her another year of her life with us this past weekend!" the 26-year-old singer wrote. "Thank God for these amazing people, and thank you God for your amazing grace."

Spears -- who shares Maddie with ex Casey Aldridge and is currently expecting a child with husband Jamie Watson -- opened up about the fighting accident one month after it happened, calling it "a mother's worst nightmare." Watch the video below to hear more.
