The 32-year-old reality star revealed she suffered a miscarriage just weeks before heading off to Italy to film season four of 'Jersey Shore.'

Jenni "JWoww" Farley is getting real on Jersey Shore Family Vacation.

The 32-year-old reality star opened up about a painful 2011 miscarriage during a candid conversation on Thursday's episode of the MTV series, revealing she suffered the heartbreaking loss just weeks before they filmed the fourth season of Jersey Shore in Italy.

"I was a mess in Italy," Farley told castmate Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, before recounting the devastating experience. "Right before Italy, like three or four weeks before Italy, my grandmother passed. And me and Roger [Mathews] actually lost a baby, like, I ended up pregnant. Not a lot of people know."

“And they put me on medication because of it, I couldn’t handle life,” she continued, explaining that she was taking “downers,” such as Xanax, that made her “so groggy." “Then I started taking uppers with it, segue right into Italy."

"I was a f**king mess,” she said.

Farley married Mathews in October 2015, just a year after she gave birth to their daughter, Meilani Alexandra. The couple welcomed son Greyson Valor in May 2016.

In a September 2016 interview with ET, Farley said that she and Mathews had completed their family with two kids, and shared why she makes her marriage a priority.

"You can have your happily ever after," she explained, "but like I said, it takes constant work. We've been together almost seven years. Day in, day out -- especially raising two children -- the differences of opinions on how to raise them, where to live, where to send our kids to school -- you have to find happy middle ground on those issues. In this day and age, I just feel like it’s easier to quit, and a lot of relationships do. We are just constantly trying to find that happy medium."

"He's my best friend," she gushed. "He's the only person in this world that puts me in my place, so I actually respect him even more for that, and I love him for that because he can call me out on my B.S."
