Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are very much in love and happy.
A source tells ET that the couple has talked about their future and marriage. "J.Lo and A-Rod are on the same page and want the same things. They've discussed marriage and what their long-term plan is," the source says.
"They complement each other well. They are both driven businesspeople with the same background and are passionate about their charitable efforts," the source continues. "Their families are now blended and live together."
The "On the Floor" singer and former Yankees baseball player recently celebrated their 1-year-anniversary and can't seem to get enough of each other.
Another source adds, "Their relationship keeps blooming. They just make each other better. They push each other to be better people, and that works for them."
Meanwhile, Lopez -- who has three ex-husbands and has been proposed to five times -- tells her friends this is the best relationship she's ever been in, because "A-Rod just gets her."
Lopez chatted with ET in February, where she echoed those sentiments while reflecting on the past year with her beau.
"It's crazy. We both are so happy about our lives right now and where we're at professionally, as well as personally," she explained. "You know. Just things seem to be flowing in a really beautiful way. We both have a lot of support for each other and a lot of love for each other."
Additionally earlier this month, the Shades of Blue star, also opened up about wanting to "grow old with somebody."
"I do believe in marriage,” Lopez shared in an interview with Harper's Bazaar's April issue. "I would love to grow old with somebody in a committed relationship -- but I’m not forcing anything right now."
