The actress said her birthday wishes 'came true.'

Kate Hudson got the family together for her 40th birthday.

The actress, who celebrated her big birthday on Friday, took to Instagram to share the first photo of herself with all three of her children. Hudson shares 15-year-old son Ryder with ex Chris Robinson, 7-year-old son Bingham with ex Matt Bellamy and 6-month-old daughter Rani with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa.

"My wishes came true ?," she wrote alongside the sweet selfie, which shows her cuddling in bed with her kids. "Thank you for all the love today ❤️?❤️ #ThisIs40."

Friends like Liv Tyler, Jessica Alba, Ellie Goulding, Elle Macpherson, Naomi Watts, Lena Headey, Katie Couric and more promptly gushed over the photo with birthday wishes for Hudson.

Hudson, who also celebrated her birthday with some delicious drinks, shared with fans on Wednesday that she's approaching another big milestone -- getting back to her goal weight after giving birth to Rani.

"To every single person in the @fabletics community and every person in the @ww community, you keep me focused and encouraged. I thank you!" she captioned her post. "Yes, active lifestyle I find enjoyable and yes, understanding food is a passion of mine but it doesn’t mean that I don’t need the support like everyone else. Sharing the little parts of my wellness journey with you makes me feel oh so good. I can only hope that what I put out there can make you feel good and bring encouragement in return."

The mom of three teased her "fun" birthday plans while speaking with ET at Daily Front Row's Fashion Los Angeles Awards last month, where she was honored with the Entrepreneur of the Year award for Fabletics.

"It's funny, because for the last five years of my life it's what I've spent most of my [time] doing other than raising my kids, so it feels really great," Hudson explained. "I think this company, Fabletics, has been one of the more rewarding things I've done in my life because when I started, the success was amazing -- like a dream for a startup -- and then it hasn't quite let out."

"It just keeps growing," she added. "We're collaborating with all kinds of different people, and next thing you know, it's most of your work and your life. So it feels good to be here accepting this."
