The singers announced the news in a cute video the show posted to Twitter on Thursday.

Kelly Clarkson is getting some help from Jennifer Hudson when it comes to taking on Adam Levine and Blake Shelton in the upcoming season of The Voice.

Clarkson, who is currently a coach on the hit NBC reality singing competition, announced that she'd be returning for season 15 alongside Hudson -- who previously served as a coach during Season 15 -- in a video The Voice shared to Twitter on Thursday.

"Guess who's coming back to The Voice: Me! With my girl, Kelly!" Hudson exclaimed in the brief clip filmed in what appeared to be a dressing room. "You'll see us together, this fall."

"Girls against the boys! Team JHud [and] Team KC," Clarkson exclaimed in the video. "We're coming after you, Adam and Blake. We're friends, but we're future frenemies!"

The two singers even had a cute moment in which they each sang a few lines of each other's popular singles.

Hudson also made the announcement on Clarkson's Twitter.

This will be both performers' second time helming a spinning red chair, and Hudson will be replacing current coach Alicia Keys -- although likely not for good. Keys has already coached three seasons, and previously took a break a year ago --when her seat was filled by Hudson in her Voice debut.

This season, as The Voice narrows down its field of remaining contestants, Clarkson and Shelton have a bet on with some hilarious (and embarrassing) stakes for whoever wins. Check out the video below to hear more.
