The cast of ‘Gossip Girl’ chats with ET’s Leanne Aguilera about Kristen Bell returning to narrate the rebooted series, which premieres July 8 on HBO Max. Emily Alyn Lind says it felt like ‘a necessity’ for Bell to be part of their new generation. Executive producers Joshua Schwartz and Stephanie Savage also likened Bell’s presence as an homage to the original series.
