Cardi B is offering up her officiant services to Kal Penn, after the actor joked about wanting the rapper to wed him and his longtime partner, Josh. On Wednesday, Penn took to Twitter to share details about a dream he had, which saw the rapper officiating his upcoming nuptials. Cardi replied, ‘I’m licensed to do that.’ And it’s true! Cardi earned her license for an episode of her Facebook Messenger series, ‘Cardi Tries,’ last month. With this new information, Penn wrote back, ‘Holy sh*t let's do it! We're down if you're down!’ Cardi seemingly sealed the deal by responding, ‘I'm down I'll get my suit.’
